<p>300g self-raising flour<span class="text_exposed_show"><br />

1/2 tsp salt<br />
220ml Fresh milk<br />

<p><strong>Method</strong><br />
1. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt together.</p>

<p>3. Mix till batter forms but don&#8217;t overmix to ensure pancake is soft and fluffy.</p>
<p>4. Preheat ur pancake/waffle maker/non stick pan. Pour batter in, cook as per ur maker instructions or how brown u want ur pancakes to be. Serve with butter and maple syrup. Can eat plain too.</p>

Using spatula and folding method, mix in 3 tbsp of water. Heat a flat and non-stick frying pan over low heat. If using normal pan, grease the pan very lightly with cooking oil. Wipe off any excess oil with kitchen paper. I pour the batter into a measuring cup to get the neat round circles. Once u see bubbles forming and they stop moving, can use spatula to flip to the other side and cook for a while longer. Leave to cool on cooling rack before adding filling.</span></span></p>

<p>2 eggs<br />

1.5 tablespoons honey<br />
1 tablespoon canola oil or any veg oil<br />

Adzuki red bean paste/Peanut Butter</p>
<p><strong>Method<br />
</strong>1. Using a whisk, beat eggs with sugar till pale and foamy.</p>
<p>2. Add in honey and mix till well blended.</p>
<p>3. Pour in oil and mix.</p>
<p>4. Pour in baking soda and mix.</p>
<p>5. Pour in vinegar mixture and mix.</p>
<p>6. Sift in half of plain flour and mix well, followed by the next half and mix till incorporated. Pour in water and mix till a batter forms.</p>
<p>7. Pour batter onto non stick pan using measuring cup or batter dispenser to get neat circles. Use low flame. When you see bubbles stop moving flip to other side to let it cook. Cool before filling with red bean paste.</p>
