Shortcut Fluffy Banana Mini Pancakes

Ingredients

Daiso pancake mix 150g with 1 blended banana
1 egg
100 ml water

Method
1. Mix together all ingredients using a whisk.

2. You can use the Flippin Fantastic Pancakes Mold or just use a measuring cup to pour the batter into preheated pan. Pls use low heat. Cover with glass lid.

3. Flip to the other side when u see bubbles stop moving.

4. Remove when golden brown, eat with maple syrup and butter.
