300g self-raising flour
90g caster sugar
1/2 tsp salt
220ml Fresh milk
2 tablespoons melted(cooled) unsalted butter
1. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt together.
2. Whisk eggs, milk, melted unsalted butter in another bowl and pour into dry mixture.
3. Mix till batter forms but don’t overmix to ensure pancake is soft and fluffy.
4. Preheat ur pancake/waffle maker/non stick pan. Pour batter in, cook as per ur maker instructions or how brown u want ur pancakes to be. Serve with butter and maple syrup. Can eat plain too.
